Vena: The two hoses from the fuelcock both go to the carb. The smaller hose is a vacume line that attaches to the right side of the carb and actuates the fuelcock. You will notice there is no "off" position for the fuelcock, it is always off when the motor is not running. The other, larger hose, is the fuel line and goes to the left side of the carb. The two hoses at the top rear of the carb are just vent lines. They go up under the tank and vent to the atmosphere.
